Warranty Policy
Last Updated: 11-Dec-2025
Flying Wheel is committed to delivering high-quality bicycles, accessories, and spare parts to every customer. Every product shipped from our warehouse is thoroughly inspected and packed with care. This policy ensures complete clarity on warranty coverage, claim conditions, and the replacement process.
1. Our Commitment to Quality
At Flying Wheel, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Every cycle undergoes multiple inspection stages before dispatch, including frame strength checks, component alignment, and packaging safety. Our quality team ensures that only defect-free items are shipped, reducing the chances of transit-related issues.
We partner exclusively with reputed brands and manufacturers who follow strict standards in durability and performance. This enables us to offer genuine warranty support for all eligible components. With every purchase, customers receive the assurance of quality, reliability, and dedicated after-sales service.
2. Warranty Coverage
Flying Wheel provides warranty support based on each product’s brand-specific policies. Warranty coverage varies depending on the category of the item and the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Frame & Fork Warranty:
Most branded cycles include a manufacturer warranty on the frame and fork. This covers structural defects such as cracks or welding issues. Cosmetic wear or damage caused by misuse is not included.
Accessories & Parts:
Spare parts and accessories come with warranty coverage depending on the brand. Wear-and-tear components such as brake pads, tubes, chains, and tires are not covered under any warranty.
Electrical Components (If Applicable):
E-bikes or products with electronics include a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. This may cover batteries, chargers, motors, and controllers for a specific duration.
A detailed warranty sheet is provided inside the box or via email depending on the brand.
3. Conditions for Warranty Claim
To ensure fairness and transparency, the following documents and proof must be provided when raising a warranty claim:
Mandatory Requirements:
A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the outer package is opened.
Crisp photos or videos showing the defect or issue clearly.
Original packaging, invoice, and product accessories included in the shipment.
Warranty claims without proper unboxing video proof cannot be processed under any circumstance.
4. When Warranty Becomes Void
A warranty becomes invalid if the product has been altered, mishandled, or assembled incorrectly. These guidelines help ensure fair claim evaluation:
Warranty is void if the bicycle is damaged due to improper use, external impact, accidents, or exposure to harsh conditions.
If the cycle is assembled by an untrained or unauthorized person, structural or mechanical issues will not be covered.
Any modification, repainting, part alteration, or installation of incompatible components cancels the warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, stunts, off-road riding (on non-MTB bikes), or commercial use does not qualify for warranty support.
Flying Wheel reserves the right to assess the product using photos, videos, or expert inspection before approving or rejecting a claim.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must ensure safe handling and proper maintenance of the bicycle. Regular cleaning, lubrication, timely servicing, and following the manufacturer’s usage instructions are essential.
Customers are requested to keep the invoice, warranty card, and unboxing video safely for future reference. Transparent communication with our support team helps ensure quicker resolutions.
6. Contact support
If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with your order, our dedicated customer support team is here to help. We strive to respond promptly and provide clear solutions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
