Flying Wheel is committed to providing a smooth, reliable delivery experience. This policy explains order processing, shipping options, delivery timelines, and return procedures.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next business day. Our goal is to ensure prompt dispatch while maintaining accuracy and quality.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Our courier partners are carefully selected to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
    Tracking IDs are shared within 24–48 hours of dispatch so you can monitor your order’s status.

4. Delivery Charges

Depends on the product and distance. 

5. COD Availability

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes. A small advance is required to confirm your order and prevent cancellations. Remaining payment is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Unboxing Guidelines – Video Required

🎥 Please record a clear video while opening the parcel from the very beginning — before tearing any tape or seal.

This unboxing video acts as proof in case of any issues like:

  • Wrong product delivery

  • Damaged or broken parts

  • Missing items

  • Return or replacement requests

Important: If a valid unboxing video is not provided from the time of first opening the outer packaging, we won’t be able to entertain return or replacement claims.

7. Return / Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong items only. Customers must provide unboxing videos and photos of issues. Approved exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days, and shipping for returns is covered by Flying Wheel.

8.Contact Support

Customers should record the unboxing process for proof in case of issues. Items must be repackaged carefully for returns and include all original accessories. Clear communication ensures faster resolution.
